9. function button (blue): Press this button to toggle between AC and DC for current measurements, or to toggle between Resistance and
Continuity Measurements, Frequency or ADP measurements.
10. Min Max button: Press the MIN MAX Button to enter the MIN MAX Recording mode. The minimum and maximum values are then updated by the
present input. In the MIN MAX Recording mode, the minimum or maximum readings are stored in memory. The beeper emits a
tone when a new minimum or maximum value is over 2000 counts. In the MIN MAX Recording mode, press the Hold button to
stop the recording of readings and freeze the display. Press the Hold button again to restart recording.
11. Range button (Manual Range): The "Range" button is pressed to select manual ranging and to change ranges. When the "Range" button is

1. Mains Power oN/off switch: Push to the "1" position to turn on the a.c. power supply. Push to the "0" position to turn off the a.c. power supply.
2. Mains Power Connector: Input connector for mains power cable.
3. Mains fuse: Provides protection for equipment during malfunction or overload.
4. Mains Voltage selector: Permits the selection of various mains supply voltages.
CaUTIoN: Set the MAINS VOLTAGE SELECTOR to the correct voltage before operating the instrument from a mains power supply.
pressed once, the Autorange indicator turns off. Press the "Range" button to select the most appropriate range to
suit the measurement being made. Press the "Range" button and hold for 2 seconds to return to Autorange mode.
