[Notes] • Error correction level is specifi ed by either "level" or "ratio".
• Error correction level specifi ed by "level" (m = 0) is as follows. The number of the error
correction code word is fi xed regardless of the number of code words on the data area.
• Error correction level specifi ed by "ratio" (m = 1) is as follows. The error correction level
is defi ned by the calculated value [number of data code word × x × 0.1 = (A)]. The number
of the error correction code word is changeable in proportion to the number of the code
words on the data area.

clude the control data in the data d1...dn because they are added automatically by the
printer.
