STEP 3
1) Secure the Handlebar
(C-1) to the bracket which is welded on the handlebar post by using the
mounting clamp (T-3), 1 Flat washer (T-4), 1 Spring washer (T-5), and 2 Screws (T-6).
2) Put the Cover for handlebar (R-3) onto the handlebar.
3) To adjust the handlebar angle, remove the plastic cover (R-3), loosen the Allen screws (T-6), and rotate
the handlebar to the desired position.
Be sure the kmurling is seated properly and retighten.
