Loudness Metering

Each instance has an ITU-BS.1770-3 loudness meter. Note that because the loudness meter is tied to
the program, and the settings are likely to be program-specific, setup for the loudness meter is done
within the program settings.
The precise patch points available for these tools differ depending on the section of the audio and/or
signal path selected for display. The list is detailed and comprehensive.
