Adding Images to a Job in Layout

GamaPrint Layout allows you to arrange one or more images on a roll and send them
to the printer as a job. Images can be resized, tiled, and colour corrected in Layout,
though it is recommended to use Photoshop or another more capable image editor to
edit your images.
1. Open the Layout app and set your media type, media mode, and roll size.
2. Add images by clicking the ‟Add Image‟ button on the toolbar. Your image will
appear on the canvas, which represents the roll of media loaded in the printer.
3. Click on your image to move it around the roll, or drag from the edges to resize.
You can also resize your image by enter dimensions in the ‟Size Crop‟ palette of
the ‟Image Tools‟ sidebar. Use the image tools sidebar options to resize, rotate,
add crop marks, labels, or any adjustments you need to do.
4. Once you have finished setting up your job, you can save it for later by clicking the
‟Save Job‟ button on the toolbar, and/or print it by clicking the ‟Print‟ button.
5. After processing your Images and rasterizing the print job, your job will be sent to
RIP-Queue to be printed.
