Description
Activates and deactivates the tone of the
touch fields. It is not possible to deacti-
vate the tone of the ON / OFF touch
field.
Activates and deactivates the alarm
tones.
Shows the software version and configu-
ration.
Resets all settings to factory settings.
Application
To bake on up to 3 oven levels at the same
time and to dry food. Set the oven tempera-
tures 20 - 40 °C lower than when using
Conventional Cooking .
To prepare tender, succulent roasts.
To grill flat food and to toast bread.
To roast larger joints of meat or poultry on
one shelf position. Also to gratinate and to
brown.
Application
For dishes such as lasagna or potato gratin.

baking.
To preheat your plate for serving.
To preserve vegetables in glasses and liquid
(e.g. mixed pickles).
To dry sliced fruit (e.g. apples, plums,
peaches) and vegetables (e.g. tomatoes,
