bearing the CE symbol in accordance with EMC directive 89/336/EEC and the
motorcar directive 72/245/EEC (amendment 2006/38/EC):
A certificate in accordance with amendment IIIC of EC directive 72/245/EEC
(2006/28/EC) is held by the manufacturer.
