Preparing the Devices
Prepare the system unit for connecting devices by doing the
following:
1. For IBM 6150 System Units, open the diskette drive lever,
remove the shipping card (if one is present), and close the lever.
Remove the rear cover:
a. Pull the bottom of the rear cover free.
b. Lower the cover to free the hooks from the frame.

2. For IBM 6151 System Units, open the diskette drive lever,
remove the shipping card (if one is present), and close the lever.
The rear cover is in a box attached to the inside of the system
unit carton. Do not put the rear cover on until told to do so.
