Remote support user

In cases where you need to diagnose problems on the
TelePresence device you can create a remote support user.
The remote support user will be granted read access to the
system and will have access to a limited set of commands
that can aid troubleshooting.
you will need assistance from Cisco Technical Assistance
Center (TAC) to acquire the password for the remote
support user.
The remote support user should only be enabled
for troubleshooting reasons when instructed by
Cisco TAC.

Navigate to: Maintenance > System Recovery: Remote Support User tab
System settings
Create remote support user
1. open a case with Cisco TAC.
2. Click
Create
user.
3. Copy the text in the
Token
field and
send to Cisco TAC.
4. Cisco TAC will generate a password
that is valid for seven days, or until the
remote support user is deleted.
