Auto Iris Lens
The lens iris control in an auto iris lens is completely internal to the
lens. No connections are made between an auto iris lens and the
control receiver.
2.7.5.2
Motorized Manual Iris Lens
To use a motorized manual iris lens with the control receiver,
Resistors R16 and R17 must be installed on the board the lens is
connected to. Option C for Automatic/Manual Iris (Relay K1)
cannot be installed on the board.
The following connections are made between a motorized manual
iris lens and the control receiver.
CONTROL RECEIVER
TB1
Terminal 5, LENS -
Terminal 4, IRIS
Terminal 6, LENS+
Terminal 7, LENS OUT
MOTORIZED IRIS LENS
Ground (same as LENS COMMON)
connected to common side of iris motor if
it is separate from LENS COMMON.
+ and - output to lens iris motor. Iris is
variable between ±12 Vdc to ±3.5 Vdc. It
is adjustable at R7.
