The shut-off flap on the transom only prevents water from entering the boat when reversing! NOTE! Make sure that water can flow unobstructed through the drainpipe.

    5.9.1 Controls You will quickly learn how to control your Yamarin 80 DC, but constantly changing weather conditions, like wind and waves, will always present new challenges for the driver. The remote control combines the functions of throttle, forward and reverse gears, and the adjusting of the engine trim angle.

A sturdy plank (2x4") should be placed between the V trestles to support the keel and to bear most of the weight of the boat. The side supports must not support the boat. The side supports should have cut outs at the bottom steps to avoid load points on the steps.
