Troubleshooting: Locked Turnbutton

The turnbutton cannot rotate.

The lock beeps, the keypad fl ashes red, and the door cannot lock or unlock.
The set screw in the lever was not fully
tightened.
Fully tighten the pre-installed set screw at the bottom of the interior
lever.
