TCP/IP setup – Verify TCP/IP Protocol

Click "Protocols" TAB. Verify "TCP/IP Protocol" is listed
If "TCP/IP Protocol" is not listed, click Add BUTTON and Install
"TCP/IP Protocol".

After the TCP/IP Protocol Installation, you need to restart the Win-
dows NT. Then try again from step 3.5.1.
