Interior Wall Preparation
SCORING THE WALL
1. Ensure vent hole will NOT
compromise any structure
support (stud), electrical,
plumbing, HVAC system, etc.
2. Score the template anywhere in
the shaded arc for the pilot bit.
3. Also score the two screw holes
for the mounting wall bracket
with a ⅛" bit.
4. Drill the vent hole with a pilot bit
long enough to extend through
the entire wall and no larger
than the center bit of the hole
