Getting to know your telephone

Display
The screen displays several pages of
information concerning the present call.
Audio keys
loudspeaker or
receiver volume

Alphabetic keypad

The keypad is protected by a flap and can be used for the call by name,
the message service and programming. A self-adhesive "Memo" label can
be bonded inside the flap.
To check or modify
your key programming.
Calling from your personal directory.
To terminate a call
or programming.
Loudspeaker:
to share a conversation
to reduce
to increase
loudspeaker or
receiver volume
Hands free:
to make or answer a call
without lifting the receiver
You have an A A L L C C A A T T E E L L Premium REFLEXES digital telephone. The alphabetic keypad, the
screen and the icons will help you use your telephone easily and make optimum use of the
many functions offered.
Programmable keys and icons
To make a call, activate a service or manage
your calls.
Each key has a corresponding icon:
Line icons
Light indicates messages
received.
Function icons
Some function keys are preprogrammed:
Mute so that your correspondent cannot hear you.
Intercom so that your terminal automatically answers
a call without having to lift the receiver.
Installing the programmable key label
A printed label is supplied with the terminal. This should be installed
beneath the programmable keys.
Insert a flat "blade" into the slot

(1 slot per key block).

Raise the cover.
Slide the printed label

into position.
Replace the cover.
4 4
Incoming call (flashing).
Call in progress.
Call on hold.
Call on common hold.
Function active.
Function requiring action.
Terminal or line busy.
Display new page.
Divert your calls to another terminal.
Three-way conference.
Automatically redial the last number dialled.
Access the various mail services.
Transfer call to another terminal.
