• The PC/DVI and Component Video resolutions not listed in these tables
will not be recognised and displayed.
• When you connect your TV to a PC, you should adjust the resolution of
the output from the PC to 1360 × 768 @60Hz, and set the aspect ratio of
your TV to 4:3, which will giving you the best image quality in this case.
• If you find the TV image has been misplaced or the image are flashing
after changing the resolution, you should activate the auto adjust function
in the PC menu to fix the problem. See "Auto Adjust" on page 41.

Troubleshooting

Please check the following list before calling your nearest BenQ
Customer Service Center when problem occurs to your TV,
and attempt the following steps to diagnose and fix the problem
yourself, so as to save your precious time:

TV Problems

Description
Check that the power plug is securely inserted into both the
AC-INLET socket on the TV and the wall outlet, and that the

Check the volume has not been set to minimum.
Check the integrality of your video and audio cables.
Switch to other channels to check if the problem still persist.
