Possible Reason
• Check the settings in the Picture menu.
• Press
button on the remote control to switch to
other modes to see if the problem still persist.

• Decrease your contrast seeting.
• If the input sorce is a DVD player, set the output
resolution of the player to maximum.
• Check if the source has been correctly connected
to your TV.
• Decrease the brightness setting.
• If the input source is a DVD player, check if the
output brightness of the player is too high for
your TV.
Check if the resolution of the PC input has been set
too high. The maximum resolution suppored for PC
input is 1680 x 1050 @ 60Hz.
• Check if the batteries has been installed in correct
direction.
• Check if the batteries are dead.
• Decrease the angle and distance between it and
your TV to see if the problem still persist.
• Make sure the control has pointed to the receiver
on your TV correctly.
• Make sure there is nothing blocking it from the
receiver.
• Check if there is a fluorescent lamp near the
receiver.
• Check all devices that capable of IR
communication around you and the TV. Such
devices, such as a PC and PDA, may cause
interference between your remote control and
TV. Shut these devices down to see if the problem
still persist.
