Between output bins

Push the output bin rear door latches in toward the center. The rear door opens and drops
down.

Repeat for the output bin installed above the option where the jam has occurred.
Note: If the jam occurs in a high-capacity output stacker, it may be necessary to open
both of its rear doors.

Pull the print media straight out.

Close all output bin rear doors. Make sure all rear door latches are closed.
