- Page 4 SR-18-8T OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS The model SR-18-8T Stock Pot Range is controlled by two thermostats located on the control panel. The thermostats control each left and right half of the plate independently of each other. A pilot lamp, next to each thermostat, glows when it's respective side is heating and will extinguish when the side reaches its set temperature.
