Troubleshooting
ImageBrowser Operation
• Cannot download still images
~
The camcorder it not set to the correct mode.
Turn the POWER switch to PLAY (VCR) and move the TAPE/CARD switch to
CARD.

The camcorder is not set to the correct USB connection mode.
Open the menu and select [SYSTEM]. Select [USB CONNECT], set it to
[STANDARD] and close the menu.
• Cannot download MPEG-4 movies.
~
The camcorder is not set to the MPEG-4 Movie playback mode.
Turn the POWER switch to PLAY (VCR) and move the TAPE/CARD switch to
CARD. Press the CARD STILUMOVIE button to display the MPEG-4 movie
playback mode.

MPEG-4 movies cannot be downloaded with ImageBrowser.
See Downloading MPEG-4 Movies to a Computer (CO 107).
• Image files or folders do not appear in ImageBrowser.
~
Images of folders shown in ImageBrowser and the actual file
contents may be different.
Click the [View] menu and select [Refresh].
