Address Book (Personal Directory)

The Fujitsu SRS 12i / 24i IP Centrex Telephone has an Address Book feature
that allows for storage of up to 50 names and associated telephone numbers

in the set.
Names may be up to 16 characters long, and telephone numbers may be
up to 30 characters long.
Viewing the Address Book and make a call
1. Press ADR BOOK.
2. Scroll to the name of the person desired; enter the Directory Address
such as #01 and #02 or type the person' s name into the keypad. The
asterisk (*) allows you to select search by number (NUM) or alphabetically
(ALP).
3. Press ENTER.
4. Lift the handset or press SPKR to place the call.
Programming Address Book
Note:
When entering the letters and numbers, press the keypad numbers
corresponding to the letters in the name. The first press of a keypad digit
displays the first letter from the group of letters represented by that key. The
second press of that key displays the second letter. The third press shows the
third letter. The fourth press shows the number.
Example: Numeric key 2 for A B C a b c 2; numeric key 3 for
D E F d e f 3 (Refer to the Key Label Table)
Since alphabetic entries can require multiple key-presses, it is required to
press
erase the last letter/number. To enter space between letter or number, press
(right) twice. After saving all the letters and number(s), press
again, then press ENTER to complete.
Special codes such as a personal ID number or a voice mail access code such
as asterisk (*) and pound (#) keys can be input.
To Add/Edit entry
1. Press ADR BOOK.
