RTP
The Real-Time Transport Protocol (RTP) is an Internet protocol
standard that specifies a way for programs to manage the real-
time transmission of multimedia data over either unicast or
multicast network services.
SNTP
Simple Network Time Protocol. A simplified version of NTP –
standard protocol used to synchronize system clocks on routers
and computer systems throughout the Internet. The SNTP
Server can be installed as a service; once configured, it will
keep your telephone' s clock correct up to fractions of a second.
SPID
Service Profile Identifier, The SPID is an eight to 14 digit number
that identifies the services ordered.
Subnet Mask A number that is used to identify a sub network so that IP
addresses can be shared on a LAN.
TOS
Type of Service.
Transfer
Allows for the redirection of an active call to another telephone
number.
VLAN
Virtual Local Area Network (VLAN) allows LAN users on different
physical LAN segments priority access privileges across the LAN
backbone.
