Make sure the battery is fully charged.
• Is the charging voltage within specification?

4.Stator coil resistance
• Disconnect the stator coil coupler from the
wire harness.
• Connect the pocket tester (Ω x 1) to the stator
coils assembly coupler as shown.
Positive tester probe → → → → → white
Negative tester probe → → → → → white
Positive tester probe → → → → → white
Negative tester probe → → → → → white

• Measure the stator coil resistances.
Stator coil resistance
0.6 ~ 0.9
• Is the stator coil OK?
YES
YES
The charging circuit
is OK.

5. Wiring connections
• Check the wiring connections of the entire
charging system.
Refer to "CIRCUIT DIAGRAM".
• Is the charging system's wiring properly con-
nected and without defects?

repair the charging
system's wiring.
