Empty firepot so that it is completely clean.
?
Clean all exhaust louvers in the grill to facilitate good
air flow.
There are several reasons why this may be happening:
?
Dirty thermocouple. Take a piece of steel wool and
clean it so the metal housing all around the
thermocouple is shiny clean.
?
Clean all exhaust louvers on the grill.
?
Change brand and variety of pellets you are using.
?
Move grill out of wind or reposition grill so that wind
does not blow into the grill louvers.
