Returning the SE-500 to Transit Position
The SE-500 sliding tray (RP-10) has two locks, one either side, which ensure the unit does not slide around
during operation.
When the shoot is complete the SE-500 must be returned to the transit position.
Both tray locks must be released simultaneously. To release the tray locks, push them back until the tray is
released, then slide the tray back.
To fully close the shelf, and lock it for transit, push the two sprung loaded transit locks in, and close the shelf
fully before releasing them.
Rear
On the rear of the MS-500 are two 3U hinged covers, these allow access to the rear of the RP-14, for fitting a
DVD recorder / DVCAM Deck or similar, the ITC-100 for connecting the ITC-100SL cables, and the SE-500
for the connecting the cameras etc.
To open the covers, remove the thumb screws which are situated on each side of the cover. Once the
screws are removed the cover will hinge upwards to allow access.
