14. For convenient storage, rotate the shipping
restraints

mounting bolts using the nuts and washers
removed in Step 13 (see Figures 2-9 through 2-11).
All nuts and washers removed in Step 13 must
be reinstalled. These nuts and washers secure the
baseplate to the mounting plates.
