USB and PS2 Power Switch

AIMB-701 allows user to set USB and PS/2 power between +5VSB and +5V. When
the jumper is set as +5V, the board doesn't support ACPI S3/S4 mode.
Note! When USB and PS/2 power is switched to +5V, it can't be connected
with powered KVM.
