Press the R key in order to return to the original call, putting the second call on hold. By pressing the R key you can switch
back and forth between both parties.
If you switch back and forth between two external parties (broker's call), then hang up your handset, the current call
is terminated and the caller on hold will call you by way of a »Recall«.
Three-Party Conferencing
