Changing the HotSync buttons preferences

1. Tap the Home icon to access the Application Launcher menu; then tap the Prefs icon.
2. In the pick list in the upper right corner, tap Buttons.
3. In the Buttons Preferences screen, tap HotSync.
4. Tap the pick list next to the HotSync button you want to assign.
5. Tap the application you want to assign to each HotSync button.
The default setting for each button is the HotSync setting, which means the cradle performs it's
normal HotSync operations.
6. Tap OK.

Changing what the full-screen pen stroke activates

1. Tap the Home icon to access the Application Launcher menu.
2. Select All or System from the pick list in the upper right corner.
3. Select Prefs from the menu.
4. In the pick list in the upper right corner, tap Buttons.
5. In the Buttons Preferences screen, tap Pen.
6. Tap the pick list, and tap one of the following settings for the fullscreen pen stroke:
· Backlight turns on the backlight of your RDA.
· Keyboard opens the onscreen keyboard for entering text characters.
· Graffiti 2 Help opens a series of screens that show the complete Graffiti 2 character set.
· Turn Off & Lock turns off and locks the RDA. You must assign a password to lock the RDA.
When locked, you need to enter the password to use your RDA.
· Beam Data beams the current record to another Palm Powered organizer.
7. Tap OK.
