Checking the Layout/Finish setting details

By clicking the [Detail Settings] button, the "Layout/Finish" functions for which detail settings have been
specified are shown.
The settings can be shown by clicking the [Expand All] button.
By selecting a function and clicking the [Settings] button, the dialog box for specifying the detailed settings
for the selected function appears.
Print Position: Displays the dialog box for specifying the print position. The print position can be specified
when the paper size is "Wide Paper" or "Custom Size".
Image Shift: Displays the same window as the one displayed when "Image Shift" is specified for "Layout".
Chapters: Displays the same window as the one displayed when "Chapters" is specified for "Layout".

Note
The "Staple" and "Fold & Staple" functions are available only if the optional finisher or Z folding unit is
installed.
The "punch" function is available only if the punch kit or Z folding unit is installed with the optional
finisher.
Description
Specifies stapling.
From the drop-down list, specify the number of sta-
ples and the stapling position.
Specifies hole punching.
From the drop-down list, specify the number of
punches and the position.
Specifies to half fold and center staple.
The selectable items differ depending on the installed
options.
