(2) Check whether B104's IP address is same with PC's IP address or not.
For example, if B104's IP address is 211.53.133.181(Figure 1) and PC's IP address is
211.53.133.73(Figure 2), connection will be failed. If network address part of IP address is same
like '211.53.133', packets that should be transmitted to PC can be transmitted to B104.
