#3. Setting the fixed IP address on PC

The following shows how to set the fixed IP address on PC with Microsoft's Windows98.
(1) After selecting "Network Neighborhood" of desktop, press the right button of mouse and
select "Properties".
(2) Select TCP/IP adapter and press the "Properties" button.
