To install the Avance Logic software driver, perform the applica-
ble steps of the following procedure. To change the resolution of
the Avance Logic software driver, the refresh rate of the video
screen , or the monitor make/type, perform step 3 of the following
procedure.
1. Any previous level Avance Logic software driver installed on
the system must be removed before attempting to install a new
level. To remove the old Avance Logic software driver:
•
In the OS/2 Desktop, perform a Shutdown and then reboot
the system with DOS.
•
When the C:\> prompt is displayed, insert the ALG2032
Driver for OS/2 Warp SVGA Applications diskette into
diskette drive A.
•
At the C:\> prompt, type a: and press [Enter]
•
When the removal of the driver completes, reboot the
system with OS/2.
