You may think that setting and naming all of those Banks is
going to be a big pain. Not really. With your D300 connected
to the computer, use Nikon Camera Control Pro 2.0:
1. Start Nikon Camera Control Pro 2.0.
2. Choose Custom Settings from the Camera menu.
3. For each bank:
i. Choose the bank from the popup at the top
ii. Click the Edit button and supply a name.
iii. Choose the group (A, B, C, etc.) from the
iv. Click the Next button to get to the next group
4. Click the OK button to complete creation and transfer
of your Custom Settings.
