Multifunction "Smart" key. Use for transferring
Foxkey
calls and press under the word you want for extra
features
Navigation Wheel Press Right arrow to enter Menus and to select
item. Use Up / Down arrows to traverse items /
entries.
Clear or Cancel
Deletes last digit(s) or character(s) entered (for
correction)
Phone Book key
Opens Phone book(s). And is used for the Alpha-
search feature described later
Set Call
Makes phone go Off-hook (and activates
(Go off-hook)
loudspeaker)
Answers call (hands free), puts Call on HOLD to
transfer
End Key
Clears the display, exits input without saving and
goes back to the idle, disconnects call.
Volume controls

  • Page 2 Last Number Redials the last 4 dialled numbers (keep pressing Redial to scroll through numbers or use Navigation wheel) – Press "Call" or lift handset when desired one is on the display. Press Right Navigation arrow to select for more detail How to use your phone To Answer a call Pick up the handset.
  • Page 3 external call will be presented to them. If the extension remains busy, after the pre-set system time-out, the external call will be returned to you. NB callbacks will not be available if extension is diverted to Voicemail. Callback on No When ringing an extension, the display will show the CallBack Reply...
  • Page 4 will say “More Inputs” - enter more letters. You can scroll through the list of matches (if more than one is found) by using the Up / Down Navigation arrows. You can also search whilst you have a call on-line, either to give out the number to the caller or transfer the call.
  • Page 5 under “ Delete” – this simply deletes the Notification message which system. See user guides for more info is done automatically when a message is saved or deleted. Tip - you can press the digits immediately if you know the sequence – you don’t have to wait for all the prompt messages! Eg.
