the vacuum motor while the
machine is running and the
vacuum icon is on.

34 volts or more

at the vacuum
motor?
NO
Using a voltmeter set to the
DC scale back probe the two
lead in the vacuum plug at
the controller while the
machine is running and the
vacuum icon is on
Was there
NO 34 volts or more
at the controller
YES
Repair connection
between the vacuum
motor and the controller

Does the motor
work properly?
NO
Turn on the vac motor switch and
depress foot pedal. Observe the
LCD display to see if the vacuum
icon turns on.
Instruct owner on
