Block the rear wheels of the machine
and raise the drive wheels off the floor.
Using a voltmeter set the meter to DC volts.
Connect the ( -) probe of the meter to the ( - )
drive motor terminal and the ( + ) probe of the
meter to the drive motor ( + ) terminal.
Depress the throttle pedal fully and read the
voltage.
Is the
motor receiving
YES
at least
10 volts?
NO
Using a voltmeter set the meter to DC volts.
On the controller back probe the (+) and (-)
traction motor wires. Depress the throttle
pedal fully and read the voltage.
Is there
at least 10
YES
volts at the
terminals?
NO
Replace controller
Instruct owner on
