5. Slide the telephone base down until it locks securely.
Bundle the telephone line cord and power adapter
cord neatly with twist ties.

Wall mount to tabletop installation

To change the telephone base from the wall mount position to tabletop
position, follow the steps.
1. If the telephone line cord and power adapter cord are bundled, untie
them first.
2. Push the telephone base up to remove it from wall. Unplug the telephone
line cord (or DSL filter) from the wall. Unplug the power adapter from the
power outlet.
3. Gently pull upward to release the wall mount bracket.
