1. Open the front cover. See
information.
2. Remove the top cover. See
information.
3. Remove the left side cover. See
page 4-3
4. Remove the four HVPS board screws.
5. Disconnect connector from the HVPS board.
6. Remove the HVPS board.

Note: Use care with compression springs as they can fall out.
Cooling Fan Removal

1. Open the front cover. See

2. Remove the top cover. See

3. Remove the left side cover. See
page 4-3
4. Remove two cooling fan screws.
5. Remove the toner cartridge.
6. Tilt the printer carefully to the rear so it is resting on the ASF.
7. Remove the four bottom cover screws.
8. Disconnect the cooling fan cable from the engine card.
9. Remove the cooling fan.
Low Voltage Power Supply (LVPS) Removal
1. Remove the toner cartridge.
2. Tilt the printer carefully to the rear so it is resting on the ASF.
3. Remove the four bottom cover screws.
4. Disconnect the cables.
5. Remove four LVPS board screws.
