BEFORE FIRST USE Before using for the first time, remove all packaging and clean the slow cooker to remove any dust, manufacturing residues, etc. (see ‘Care & Maintenance’ for cleaning Instructions) It is necessary to operate the slow cooker one time before placing food in the ceramic bowl. Page 5: Using Your Slow Cooker
THE CONTROLS ON/OFF - Switches the slow cooker On or Off. HIGH/LOW/WARM - Switches between HIGH for ‘faster’ slow cooking, LOW for ‘normal’ slow cooking, and WARM for keeping food warm once the cooking process has finished. - Increases the cooking time in 30 minute increments. DOWN - Decreases the cooking time in 30 minute increments. -

COOKING Once the slow cooker has completed the preheat process (as described in ‘Preheating’), the cooking mode and duration can be set. SET THE COOKING MODE • Use the HIGH/LOW/WARM button to set the slow cooker to HIGH or LOW. WARNING: Do not attempt to use the WARM mode for cooking. -

CARE & MAINTENANCE 1. Always switch Off and unplug the slow cooker from the wall socket before moving or cleaning. 2. Using oven gloves remove the lid and ceramic bowl and put them on a heatproof surface. 3. Fill the ceramic bowl with warm water to prevent the residual heat from baking any food debris onto the ceramic bowl, making its eventual removal more difficult. - Page 8 NOTES:...
