Ignoring Calls

You can ignore incoming calls at your unit. The ringer
is muted when a call is ignored.

Holding a Call

You can put a call on hold by holding the call at your
extension.
To hold the current call
1.
Press [HOLD], and then go on-hook.
To retrieve a call on hold at your extension
1.
Press [HOLD], and then go off-hook.
Note
If a call is not retrieved within a specified time,
you will hear an alarm as a reminder.
If Automatic Call Hold is enabled on your unit,
the call will also be put on hold if you touch a
flexible button other than the one for the current
call. For details, consult your administrator or
dealer.
