Setting Oven Controls (ton't)
Setting Convection
Roast
This method of cooking enables you to obtain the best results when roasting. The oven can be programmed to
convection roast at any temperature
from 170°F to 550°F (77°C to 288°C). Preheating the oven is not necessary when
cooking meats with Convection Roast. Remember to use tested recipes with times adjusted for convection roasting when
using the convection roast mode. Times may be reduced by as much as 30% when using the convection feature. This
oven is equipped with multiple fan speeds for even cooking when baking and better tasting meats when roasting. It will
use a faster fan speed for roasting which will quickly strip the cold air away from the meats replacing it with warm air
(making a crisp outside type of searing) sealing in juices for better tasting meats.
