Setting the limit of a trace. If the limit is exceeded, the Limit exceeded Flag will
be set in the STATus:TRACe register.
Parameters:
<trace_name>
<numeric_value>
MINimum|MAXimum
Error:
If the trace name is unknown, an error -141, "Invalid character data" will be
generated.
