7.4 Typical ANL/AVL System Installation
1. Outdoor Unit (Condenser).
2. Indoor Unit (Evaporator).
3. Duct System.
4. Wall Air Diffusers.
5. Ceiling Air Diffusers.

7.4.1 Indoor and Outdoor Unit Location

The indoor and outdoor units should be installed as close to each other as possible. Do not exceed
the tubing length and height differences as shown in the accompanying table. See Fig. 7-3 for
additional information.
