Oil Pump - Sym Wolf SB 250 Ni Service Manual

Oil pump

Drain all engine oil.
Remove clutch cable.
Remove right crankcase cover.
Remove clutch assembly.
Remove initial driven gear lock nut.
Remove initial driven gear.
Remove oil pump cover. (boltX2)。
Remove oil pump drive gear fix circlip.
Remove oil pump gear and chain.
Remove oil pump. (holding screwX2) 。
Caution
It is recommended to remove the oil

pump holding screw with impact screw
driver.
