8. Cylinder / Piston
Cylinder inspection
Check if the inner diameter of cylinder is worn
out or damaged.
Measure the cylinder inner diameter in X and
Y axis at three levels.
Service limit: 71.10 mm
Calculate the taper and out of round at three
levels in X and Y axis. Take the maximum
value to determine.
Service limit:
Out of round ：correct or replace if over 0.05
mm
Taper：correct or replace if over 0.05 mm
Measure the cylinder upper surface for
warpage.
Service limit: correct or replace if over
0.05mm
