6. TROUBLESHOOTING
When using this phone, if you run into malfunctions, please refer to the
following troubleshooting techniques before requesting help:
Symptom
The phone cannot
be switched on
Cannot make
calls
No ring

Have you pressed
and held it for more
than 2 seconds?
Is the battery connector
reversed?
Is the battery low?
Is the phone connected
to an AP and registered

there sufficient signal
strength?
Is the keypad locked?
Is the phone number
correct?
Is the ring mode of the
current profile set to
Vibration or Mute?
Have you pressed and
held
in standby
mode, displaying
Press and hold
for more than 2
seconds.
Insert the connector
correctly.
Charge the battery.
Ensure the phone's
WiFi settings are

correct.
Move closer to the
AP for better signal
strength.
Unlock the keypad.
Enter the correct
number to make the
call.
Select different ring
mode or different
profile.
In standby mode,
press and hold
again.
