Device failure

Card inserted in
the accessory
slot. The card may
be improperly in-
serted or the data
may be corrupt.

Press any of the display
screen buttons to silence
the alert. Remove the
power supply cord from
the device to remove
power. Plug the cord back
into the device's power
inlet to restore power. If the
alert continues to occur,
contact your home care
provider.
Remove the SmartCard
to clear the alert. Confirm
that the card is properly
oriented, with the arrow
pointing towards the de-
vice, as shown below, and
reinsert the SmartCard.
If the alert continues to
occur, remove the Smart-
Card from the device and
contact your home care
provider. The card may be
corrupt and need to be
replaced.
