3.8.1

Working on the electrical system

•
Remove both fuses from the battery
compartment before carrying out any work
on the electronic system.
Remove the fuses as follows:
•
Unscrew both crosshead screws (A).
•
Remove the front cover from the battery tray (B).
•
Remove both fuses (C).
After the work has been done, replace the fuses in the
reverse order.
3.8.2

Replacing the 'DX' controller

Remove the fuses, see § 3.8.1.
Replace the 'DX' controller as follows:
•
Push the lock (B) in and simultaneously pull the plug (A) out
of the controller.
•
Unscrew both screws (C) and the washers, using a Phillips
screwdriver PH-2.
•
Remove the 'DX' controller (D).
Install a (new) controller in the reverse order.
Replace both fuses: the wheelchair is ready for use.
