In case of any defects the User is required –within two weeks after discovery of the defect- to contact the dealer. He has to complete a return form and return the product or part via the RMA-process. Handicare will, at its sole discretion, take the corrective action it seems fit under the given circumstances within a reasonable period of time (depends on nature of claim) from receipt of the completed return form.
